瓶插液添加二氧化氯对牡丹切花的保鲜效果

摘 要:

以牡丹‘洛阳红’切花为试材, 研究瓶插液中添加不同质量体积分数二氧化氯(0、25、50、100 mg·L-1 ClO2)对切花保鲜效果的影响。结果表明, 基本瓶插液中添加50 mg·L-1的ClO2处理能够有效地延长牡丹切花的瓶插寿命和最佳观赏期、改善切花花枝的水分平衡值, 降低花瓣内源乙烯释放和呼吸速率、提高花瓣可溶性蛋白质含量和抗氧化酶活性、抑制膜脂过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)含量升高。

Effects of adding chlorine dioxide to vase solution on fresh-keeping of tree peony cut flower

Abstract:

Responses of fresh preservation of tree peony ‘Luoyanghong’ cut flowers to four chlorine dioxide doses (0, 25, 50, 100 mg·L-1) in basic vase solution was studied. The results showed that the dose of 50 mg·L-1 ClO2 could extended the vase life and best view and admiration duration of the cut flowers, improved the water balance of cut flowers, reduced the endogenous ethylene production and respiratory rate, increased the soluble protein content and antioxidase activities in petals, and inhibited the increase of membrane lipid peroxidation product malonaldehyde (MDA) content.
